PRESS01 distinguishes original reporting, analysis, opinion, press releases and official-source notices. External source notices identify and link to the originating institution. Readers are encouraged to consult the original publication for complete documentation and subsequent amendments.
Anonymous sourcing is used only where the public-interest value outweighs the loss of transparency and the information can be independently assessed.
Primary documents and automated imports
Automated source monitoring is a discovery and publication workflow, not independent verification by itself. Official-source notices should link to the originating institution and remain clearly distinguishable from PRESS01 original reporting.
