From submission to digital archive: the less visible stages of academic publishing

Detailed guidance on manuscript preparation, editorial screening, ethics, the 395 EUR post-acceptance fee, DOI fields and verification.

News

Strong research can still be delayed by technical gaps. Inconsistent affiliations, an imprecise abstract, missing ethics information or incomplete references can create avoidable questions before academic evaluation begins.

A complete submission file

Official policy says manuscripts may be screened for scope, academic suitability, originality, ethical compliance, technical quality and completeness. Outcomes can include minor or major revision, further evaluation, acceptance or decline.

Editorial screening

Published records can be searched by title, author, DOI or Zenodo number, article code and keyword. The journal publishes under ISSN 2667-9515 and provides year-and-issue archives and online verification tools.

The fee after acceptance

The current Article Processing & Publication Fee is 395 EUR and is requested only after editorial acceptance. Authors should not pay before an acceptance or official payment instruction, and payment does not guarantee acceptance.

Publication record and verification

Published records can be searched by title, author, DOI or Zenodo number, article code and keyword. The journal publishes under ISSN 2667-9515 and provides year-and-issue archives and online verification tools.

A final check before submission

A final author check should compare the title with the research question, confirm purpose-method-results-contribution in the abstract, match citations to references, review tables and figures, and standardize author information.

The official manuscript form is available at https://csi.ge/submit-manuscript/. Preparation details are in the author guidelines, with journal and article records at csi.ge.

Editorial note: Submission does not guarantee acceptance; each manuscript remains subject to editorial and academic evaluation.
